Want to have life saving skills when your out on the Trail? After course completion students will be have the skill set for traumatic events they may encounter on the trail. Students will also receive certification from The American College of Surgeons Stop the Bleed. Some adventuers have first aid kits but how many have the hard skills to perform life saving measures in a critical incident? We will prepare you to be confident out on the trails or in the backcountry so you are ready!

TECC

The Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) program is based on the principles of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and meets the guidelines  established by the Committee on Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (Co-TECC). The course teaches civilian tactical EMS; any EMS practitioner called upon to respond to a mass casualty or active shooter event.

RESCUE TASK FORCE trainng will follow the 2 day TECC. 

Payment plan available: $100 deposit plus 2 payments of $147.50, paid weekly.

Wilderness First Aid

This course is for initial Wilderness First Aid WFA certification through the National Association of Search and Rescue. This course has an emphasis on scenarios based in remote settings.

This 2 day course covers all the fundmentals of wilderness first aid in an remote environment. This course is mostly hands on and incorporates many of the incidents seen in remote and wilderness emergencies. Fundamental rescue skills needed for those adventures where you may be alone for hours until rescue arrives.

Payment plan available: $100 deposit plus 2 payments of $98.33, paid every two weeks. Final payment of $98.34.

Swift Water Operations

Swift water rescue is a subset of technical rescue dealing in water conditions moving faster than 1knot. Due to the added pressure of moving water, swift water rescue operations involves the use of specially trained personnel, ropes and systems that are deidicated to shore based rescues and self rescue tactics. Instructed to NFPA 1006 and 2500.

Payment plan available: $300 deposit plus 6 payments of $82.50, paid every two weeks.
